The following actions are strictly prohibited: filing fraudulent orders, using stolen payment details, running automated scrapers to extract site data, sending harassing messages to support staff, and copying store copyrighted images, text and logos for commercial profit without written email consent from our team.

We hold the right to correct typographical pricing errors, update out-of-stock inventory records and adjust product descriptions without sending advance notifications to shoppers. Orders generated from obvious system price glitches can be canceled, with complete full refunds issued to all affected buyers.

All checkout transactions process payments in United States Dollars. By confirming payment submission, you authorize Aviloza to deduct your total order balance, including merchandise cost, auto-calculated delivery surcharges and mandatory North Carolina sales tax via your selected payment channel.

Aviloza will not accept liability for indirect financial losses, carrier transit delays, temporary website server outages, or misdelivered packages caused by incomplete, misspelled or inaccurate shipping address information submitted by buyers at checkout. The maximum compensation amount available for any single order dispute will never exceed the total sum you paid for that purchase.
